I assembled a panel of healers in the area (Lamont McPheron, Tatiana Katara, & myself; William Kyle Glenn) to give our unique perspectives on the virus.
We talk about all things healing….how your mind and emotions effect your physical body, how to beef up your immune system, and how to stay peaceful and grounded during this potentially chaotic time.
Neither of us are medical doctors but we all have a unique and valuable perspective on this situation that you may not have heard anywhere else.
Give us a listen to help make sure you feel rock solid within yourself and prepared mentally, emotionally, and physically.
It’s important to stay informed at this time….But it’s also important to keep fear, anxiety, and stress levels as low as possible because these states weaken your immune system and disable your bodies ability to heal itself effectively.
We will provide you with a variety of tools to help with that process
