Description

In this episode Tony Macasaet, our guest and mens health expert William Kumprey MD, and myself, William Kyle Glenn, explore the grand topic of wellness.

First we dive into some of my recent issues revolving around repressed anger…what it means and how to address and express it in a healthy balanced manner.

We then discuss the importance of looking inwards…regularly.

Most people are afraid of the light these days I’ve noticed…because light has the profound ability to reveal… to awaken..and expose certain aspects about ourselves and the world that we may not be ready to admit to or see.

However, in becoming aware of these aspects hidden away in the dark recesses of our subconscious we start to loosen the grip and negative influence they hold over our lives …. We begin to see them for what they are…accept them…and let them go.

Finally, we share some of the things we are doing today in order to live more physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually healthy lives.

We talk supplements, exercise, nutrition, sun, water, sleep, harmful fake light, social media, mental health, emotional health, spiritual health and more

So if you're interested in growing in your health and well-being come join us for a treasure trove of helpful and encouraging information.

Testimonials:

“…I heard the first two episodes of “Conscious Bro” this weekend and I was blown away! Great show! Really fantastic. It’s exciting to hear two guys in Viroqua talking about the things I think about and read about everyday. Usually the only time I hear conversations like the ones on your show is when I listen to podcasts made in Los Angeles or some other far off place.”

“…wish you were on more frequently I messaged the station, but did not hear back. I truly believe it's a time sensitive message for some to hear about.”

“excellent show! so cheesed to hear you sharing your stories and gifts!!! u rock.”
