Life can throw situations at you that make you realize just how much lack of control you actually have. This is so confusing and oftentimes makes us take a step back because we're caught by surprise. Our society tells us that we do have control. Our society tells us that we can design the perfect lives, with the perfect careers, and with a perfect family to match. We really don't need God to have a perfect life except for maybe naming it and claiming it but other than that we have control to design the lives that we want.
