Angels are ministering spirits.
The word "Ministering" in the theme scripture is from the greek word "Lertoigukos" and it means a public functionary or official.
An angel is a public functionary who acts on earth as sent by God. The minister through saints and are not the servants of saints.
Angels do God's commandment. God sends an angel when a man on earth prays.
Prayer is the activity that permits the release of angels.
