We had three readings this week which were "Planet Funk" by Santiago Freeman, "Urban Legend" by Wendy Garofoli, and "The Multiringed Cosmos of Krumping" by Christina Zanfagna. These discussed the emergence and evolution of funk dance styles in the U.S. as well as the history behind clowning and krumping.
