What better way to release a podcast on International Women’s Day 2021 than to interview my friend Sheilla Dare!?
Sheilla and I met on social media where we found we shared many interests such as spirituality, self-help, following our passions and engaging in novel experiences.
Surprisingly, this was the first time we had actually met in real life as well.
Sheilla has so much genuine and heartfelt advice for anyone seeking to find inner peace, reconstruct a damaged past or just seeking general well-being.
Having grown up in a verbally abusive home environment, going through a nasty divorce from a broken marriage, raising a kind boy turned successful man, attending university later in life, to starting her own podcast and conquering a plethora of inner fears and demons--Sheilla is a prime example of a kind and strong woman to honor what International Women’s Day is all about.
