So excited to have my friend Chris Moy on the podcast.
Being a musician myself, music is one area where Chris and I always got along and vibed on. Not only that, but we also dive deep in the world of spirituality, philosophy, ethics and psychology.
Chris has been a musician his whole life and was in the boy band groups Menudo and One Call where he enjoyed an exciting time going on tour, filming music videos and recording studio albums.
Since then, Chris has focused on developing his own music and collaborating with friends and other artists both for passion projects and professionally.
This unique combination and niche intersectionality of experiences and interests provided for one of the most unique and engaging podcasts I've had to date.
