Iman Huschmand has been an entrepreneur since the age of 16, as well as a long time Producer of events and community leader.
Originally Persian, Iman was born in 1980 in the small town of Koblenz, Germany and immigrated with his family to the United States in 1990. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and dual Master's degrees in business from the University of Maryland.
In 2009, it was his love for music, passion for entertaining and the desire to unite the DC Persian community that led to the launch of his full service production company, Exclusively Entertainment. EE has been an integral part of nearly 3500 events, including more than 1000 weddings and over 300 multi-cultural events and concerts worldwide.
To name a few, Iman has also Produced programs such as the Miss Iran Pageant, Star Musician of Iran (Persian version of American Idol), entrepreneurial seminars and unique bridal shows. He has also hosted the tours of legendary international bands such as Modern Talking and Alabina.
Having grown up watching his father document all the special family moments with his 8MM camera, Iman grew fond of film and storytelling since childhood. As a result, during his teenage years he began to take over those responsibilities which led to him documenting all of his public events. That eventually led to him launching Night Owls in 2019, a multi-media production company that specializes in events and livestreams.
In 2019, Iman also launched Unite & Conquer, with the mission to unite Iranians globally via impactful conversations, entertaining livestreams and in person events. As the name suggests, Iman is motivated and committed to unite socially conscious and community centric Iranians with his AWESOME People Podcast and IG Lives series, which spotlight the most awesome of Iranians.
In September of 2022, after the killing of Mahsa Zhina Amini, Iman turned his full focus and that of Unite & Conquer to amplifying the voices of Iranians. Alongside his more than 60 volunteers, collectively known as the Uniters, U&C has been organizing the protests in South Florida as well as producing wide-ranging content to bring awareness about the first women-led revolution in Iran.
On November 11, 2022, U&C produced a 12-hour Livestream Rally for Iran which featured more than 30 of the biggest names in the Iranian diaspora focusing on what’s happening in Iran and honoring the victims. As a result of that livestream, on January 18, 2023, U&C will be launching Countdown To Freedom In Iran, a weekly series committed to elevating the voices of Iranians.
