This week I'm so thrilled to have on Chloe Andersson, she is the human behind my favorite bi-weekly newsletter and all around a lovely person! Her newsletter focuses on "reframing what health looks like - built with intentions of bringing back accessibility, vibrance, community, and balance". It truly is a joy to read her newsletter every week because it feels like a breath of fresh air in an often stuff wellness community. Don't get me wrong I love IG but all of the wellness content, tips & tricks, supplements, products recs, etc. can be quite overwhelming. Chloe approaches her newsletter from a point of not trying to fit into the "wellness" box - she lives her life and shares it regardless of how it fits into the stereotype. And I think that's refreshing. She also shares so much important information and insights into the accessibility of well, something that's at the core of Citrus Diaries. We get into all of those things this episode, plus her background in dance and her nutrition studies. She also shares her favorite drink (hint it's tequila) and her favorite on-the-go recipe. This is such a great episode if you've been feeling overwhelmed by wellness content and have been trying to recenter yourself - enjoy!
