After working through grief and looking for ways to get through it he found gratitude journaling. From there he decided to build an app so he could share his gratitudes with family + friends and lean on them to hold him accountable with his mental health.

I’ve chatted a lot about gratitude journaling on the podcast and finding this app has made such a major impact on my mental health journey. We all know my mental health has been on a never ending wave this year but my practicing writing daily gratitude lists I’ve been able to soothe my mind. This episode is a great listen if you are unfamiliar with gratitude journaling or are on the fence about starting it.
