Welcome to the New Year! Today I wanted to share a shortie episode of all of my favorite things to keep in my freezer, fridge, and pantry as someone who eats gluten-free + vegan. I used to be a BIG over buyer and would buy things just for the sake of purchasing something. I realized this was coming from a place of false insecurity, anxiety, and loneliness. I was using grocery shopping and food as a coping mechanism for my loneliness. After I realized this I cleaned out my fridge and made a list of all of my must-haves. Now I only buy those things + fresh fruit and veg. I’ve reduced the amount of money I’m spending and I’ve been doing actual work on my mental health — woohoo!!
If you’re someone who is making switches to the way they eat as a 2023 goal, this episode is for you!
