I'm so excited to welcome my friend, Liz Pound of Soup Season, to the podcast! Liz is an artist and photographer based out of Columbus, OH and a lover of all things soup, self-care, and creativity. Soup Season is her graphic design and screen printing business centered around her love of soup. We met last fall when she was photographing a shoot at my previous job and we quickly had a mutual creative crush. We quickly bonded over our love of food and struggle with balancing our passions + full-time jobs. While my work situation has changed quite a bit since then, Liz is growing Soup Season even more while climbing the corporate ladder.
In this episode we chat how self-care supports creativity, balancing life, turning big ideas into actionable goals, and all of the in-between! I'm so excited to have guests back on the podcast after a brief hiatus and this conversation is the perfect return.
Liz and I will be hosting a joint Soup Soirée supper club on Friday March 31st at 7:00pm in Columbus, OH. If you're interested, please RSVP here!
