One of the cornerstones of an abusive, controlling relationship is jealousy and envy. It can be destructive, even devastating if the abuser or controlling person is jealous or envious to the extreme, but is jealousy or envy ever a good thing?
Victor and Monica discuss just that, whether jealousy and Envy can be a good thing in a relationship, or whether it will destroy that relationship. It is rather obvious that jealousy and Envy can be bad, in its extreme form, but what if it’s subtle, what if the person is not controlling and is just interested in what the other is doing?
