Welcome back to our Podcast Channel today we are joined by Sarah Collopy better known as Sazc_pt on Instagram. We were just blown away by Sarahs passion and knowledge of the mind and creating a healthy mindset. I think this an episode a lot of people can relate to, we put ourselves down for looking a certain way without even knowing we do it. It becomes a habit, a creature of repetition and we need to become kinder to ourselves and the way we look. Our body is ours and if we are not happy with how we look you can change that but learning how to do it without fad diets, detox teas and constantly being hungry is not the answer. There is ways to improve your body by doing it and ensuring you are not damaging your mental health is so important. Sarah speaks to us about how a positive mindset is the best motivator and I hope you all can learn something from this episode. It was a great one to record!
