Keith Walsh is a presenter, broadcaster, MC, podcaster, drawer, writer, mental health advocate and public speaker. In this episode we speak about living with Mental Health and how Keith has become an advocate for taking care of his own Mental Health. Keith worked with 2FM for seven years, and upon closing his chapter with the Breakfast show he knew that he did not want to feel "just grand" anymore and that is when he decided to go for therapy. In this episode, Keith speaks about his own journey through mental health, and how he find Journalling and Meditating vital in looking after his own mind and over all wellbeing.
