Suhas Kulkarni is a voracious reader with over 16 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources management. He set–up the HR department of Leading Edge Systems (later known as Trigyn technologies) in 1994 where he joined as Deputy General Manager when the company was 35 people and contributed to its growth to the strength of 350+ in 2002. Before that, he worked with Patni Group of companies (1980-1994) as Manager, commercial. Suhas has done B. Sc. from Mumbai University and D. H. R.M. from NMIMS, Mumbai.
