When you decide to be intentional with what you eat, your relationship with your food AND your own brain will change.
This is more than just eating on purpose. When you choose to be intentional about all your choices and sticking to your plan (whatever that may be), you change your relationship with yourself. And we know that when you start to show yourself that you can change, your brain starts believing you. And you are unstoppable.
I promise, this isn't about willpower or self-discipline. It's about reprogramming your brain, which you can do!
