As someone who has several autoimmune diseases, I know how frustrating it can be to just live life, and I also know what it takes to regain your health. I know the feelings of shame and apathy. Fear and overwhelm and discontent. And I'm here to tell you: please, please don’t give up.

If you want to regain your health and start feeling good again, this message is for you. I want to help you use the principles of cognitive behavioral psychology to restore balance to your lives so you can start living the lives you are meant to live.

And for those of you who might be listening and don't have an autoimmune illness, or maybe you don't even know what that means, that's okay. This is an important message that will help us all.

For years, I was so sick and miserable and no one knew what was wrong with me. I can remember thinking, "If I ever get better, I will share this with everyone, because I want to help people take back their lives."

This work means so very much to me and I want to help as many of you as I can.
