So many of my clients first come to me with a desire to change their thoughts. They're stuck in a pattern of negative beliefs or that their circumstances can't or won't change.
They don’t know how to leap from what they’ve always thought to where they want to go. They see their thoughts as unchangeable. And so they feel stuck and overwhelmed.
