Especially today, we are chronically stressed. We are overworked, tired, overwhelmed and feel like we can’t keep up. We are afraid.

And what if something happens. You might get a life-altering diagnosis. A family member might get sick.

Here’s the truth, no matter what happens to us or how stressed we are, we get a choice.

We get to choose our health and happiness. We get to choose peace. Even when we’re scared. Especially when we are scared. We get to choose courage.

We are bigger than our fears we are bigger than what holds us back.
