Coaching helps you live with courage - and become who you are meant to be. Coaching helps you reflect and gain awareness of who you are, what is important to you, your strengths, challenges, options open to you and what action to take in order to make the changes you want in your work or life. I use a four step process in coaching clients: Evaluate the current situation Build the right mindset Create a plan for wellness that includes setting effective goals, visualizing yourself achieving those goals, creating the right environment with the appropriate supports in place, and monitoring progress Celebrate the work. What would you do if you had the tools and resources in place to go after your dreams? For homework this week, I want you to take some reflection on your life. Who are you today?
