The Western Journal and New York post both had articles on purposed plan. Mexico President would like the usa to finance the forests getting rebuilt in El Salvador Honduras and Guatemala and possibly give visas that lead to citizenship for planting trees, is this just a cash grab on Mexico's behalf?
