In this week's episode, Lisa talks to Ellie Williams (who was one of our Golley Slater apprentices) about what exactly the company does and what her role was within the production side of the company during her apprenticeship. Ellie was given a full time position at the end of her apprenticeship and she gives us the lowdown on what her new position entails!
