About Chris Ricketts: Chris grew up in rural New Jersey and joined the US Marines at the age of 18. He spent 8 years as a trumpet player, traveling the world and abroad representing the Marine Corps. During that time, he got married to the girl of his dreams and started a family. After receiving an honorable discharge, they moved out to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, where Chris works at his parish as the director of youth and young adult ministry, the director of music for the Latin Mass, and the director of the summer camp program. The Ricketts family has lived there for almost fifteen years.
