About Laurie Row (justonechildsafe.org) - Laurie is a wife, mother, and risk professional. In her downtime she volunteers in the anti-trafficking space. As a passionate advocate for children, Laurie has always stepped up to defend and protect children, beginning as early as age 10. In 2016 her volunteer work began with O.U.R. helping to co-chair fundraising events and raise awareness to the heinous atrocities of trafficking. Currently, she serves as one of O.U.R.’s State Ambassadors and supports awareness and fundraising events for southern Texas. Last year she founded Just One Child, a child trafficking and exploitation prevention non-profit organization. The organization works collaboratively with individual volunteers and organizations to educate parents, provide necessary resources and advocate for greater accountability by schools to protect students accessing school electronics. Laurie is hoping that through the efforts she is leading, parents and youth will have both the knowledge and skills to identify grooming attempts, know how and where to report predators and prevent there from being more victims.
