Gyms for spin classes, CrossFit, circuit training, and so many other types of fitness activities are popping up all over the world, but is it really all people hype it up to be? In this episode, we talk about the pros and cons of group fitness as well as our personal experience with training in a group. What is your experience? Should TLDR go for a group spin class? TLDR: There are a lot of pros to group exercise including increased weight loss and increased enjoyment, just be wary of pushing yourself past your physical limits.
