This week we are learning our alphabet, specifically the vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and K (fun fact: there are eight B vitamins including B1, B3, B6, and B12!) Listen along as we discuss the purpose of the various vitamins, what happens if your body doesn’t get enough of it, and good sources to hit your recommended daily intakes.
TLDR: Eating a well-balanced diet is important to achieve the recommended intake of vitamins, or you may consider taking multivitamins (after consulting your healthcare provider!)
