Pool Safety Mom, Mary Ann Downing, is a tireless water safety advocate out of San Diego. Formally a board member of the National Drowning Prevention Alliance, and now member of several water safety organizations, she volunteers constantly to reduce the number of fatal drowning incidents in California and nation wide.
