I'm Cara a fitness coach and accredited nutritionist who helps Women just like to you to feel healthier in their bodies by enjoying exercise. I also help Women feel empowered with their nutrition whilst losing weight around their super busy lifestyle.

The 5 rules which I coach my ladies who are in the Clarity with Cara program by.

Rule 1 - Enjoy it!

Rule 2 - Do it for your health (mental and physical) and not to lose weight.

Rule 3 - Don't get hooked on the minimum you should be doing.

Rule 4 - Walking isn't exercise.

Rule 5 - Don't worry what you look like.
