In this episode I dig into all things body image.

Good body image was highlighted to me recently when I had to fit my postpartum body into a netball dress that I hadn't worn for years.

I tell the story of the dress and why it's so important to do the work on your body image.

From dreading putting clothes on to avoiding shops and changing rooms - I hear it all.

In my coaching we work towards body neutrality, where you open your wardrobe and see clothes which fit, feel comfortable and are stylish (yes I know!).

To do this I use a number of tools and one tool is journalling.

Here are your prompts for body image, be truthful and honest.

- What does my body allow me to do?

- How does my body work for me everyday?

- What was your favourite thing about your body as a child?

- How do you feel about that part now?

- What judgements do you place on yourself and your body?

- What are your main challenges with body image?

- What did your body image stop you doing today?

- How can you honour your body from this day forward?
