There is some tough love coming your way in this episode...

I told you I go deep and today I go in on what is keeping you stuck.

"It's all about balance" is a phase which is spoken aloud a lot but here's the thing.

It's only balance if you are doing the heathy habits to.

It's not balanced if you are giving yourself permission to do something which doesn't align with your goals.

It's not balanced if you aren't getting out the house all day, not doing workouts, not managing your work stress, not emotionally regulating feeling that come up, not eating nutritious food.

And I mean not doing these things habitually.

You are smashing your life, spinning all the plates, keeping everything going but those things above aren't happening are they?

So you pretend to yourself they are in order for you to engage in unhealthy habits.

In this episode I dig into the three top things which I use in my 1-1 coaching which creates real balance in women's lives.

- Adding in the healthy habits which automatically see's a reduction in the unhealthy ones.

- Adapting the language used around food, there's no good or bad foods, we take the morality away from food and food is just food.

- Introduce and explore unconditional permission to eat. A tricky little concept but when implemented it's a game changer for my ladies.
