This podcast probably isn't going to go the way you think it will.

As an accredited nutritionist, yes I think most people could benefit from eating more fruit and veg, yes I think most people could have more nutrient dense balanced meals.

However, I don't think unprocessed foods are the way to go.

I look at them from a relationship with food standpoint, in particular looking at language around them, what diet culture factors are at play and are they in fact a food rule in disguise?
