Description

With the way we traditionally work changing, more employees are requesting or opting to have the opportunity to work remotely from another country on a temporary basis. Whilst increasing employee satisfaction and loyalty, there are also several issues employers need to consider.

We were pleased to discuss the need to have the appropriate policies in place and the legal and tax implications around remote working abroad with our guests Ami Naru, Head of Employment at TravLaw and Davyd Fisher Director, Tax at Grant Thornton.

They were also able to answer several questions from the audience.
