This week we’ve talked about passion. My wife, Gretchen, has a passion for the music of Bon Jovi. So, this one is for her. Rocker Jon Bon Jovi once said, “Nothing is as important as passion. No matter what you want to do with your life, be passionate.”
Every time I hear someone famous like Jon Bon Jovi say nothing is as important as passion, my first reaction is to roll my eyes. What if it is Bon Jovi’s second sentence – No matter what you want to do with your life, be passionate – is the important part? Be passionate about every aspect of your life. That’s how you guarantee nothing else is more important.
