Description

Problem fixation: the inability to look beyond the circumstances to think __________________  about a situation.

[1 Kings 17-19]

Even the Godliest can get __________________.  When the problems of the moment cover over the glory of God.

God knows you are __________________.

He is not always heard in the loudness, or in a mighty show of power, but is mostly in __________________ _________ __________________  when it seems like he’s not doing anything.

[1 Peter 5:7 NLT] Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.

Give your problems over to God and __________________ that he will act.

[Romans 5:1-5 NLT]  Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. 2 Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God’s glory.

3 We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. 4 And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. 5 And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.

[Romans 8:28 ESV] And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

[Romans 8:31 ESV] What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
