“Not participating is not a solution” says MALLAVORA about how the UK-based, alt-metal band is not allowing disabilities to hold them back.
Kiki talks to lead vocalist Jessica Douek and guitarist Larry Sobieraj about their journeys coming to terms with long-term illness and adapting their musical careers to accommodate their needs. From their experiences both as fans and musicians, MALLAVORA advocate for creating accessible spaces for people with disabilities at concerts as well as making the industry more considerate and preserving the health of musicians.
