Today’s episode is a solo one. As you may note from the title of the episode I am sharing 28 things I know for sure and you can for sure count Rest as one of the things I am listing.
I started doing this in 2019 and this year will be the 3rd year. What has been beautiful about doing this is that you are able to see how far you’ve come, what has changed, how you may be looking at things differently, what may have stayed the same. Just like monthly reflection, except for now, the changes are quite visible and sometimes drastic because years have passed.
So here’s my 28 list of things I know for sure, be mindful that this is all based on my personal experiences and therefore I derived my truth on that. If it resonates with you and I must grab coffee one day, if it doesn’t just stay open and keep listening.
