Welcome to the Living Content podcast. This podcast is to affirm and give permission to my African sisters who like me, for many years didn’t know how to hold space for healing, joy, and love. Who didn’t know that joy is for them too and they too deserve the luxury to heal in safe beautiful spaces that honors and recognizes our wounds. This the place where conversations about healing are made less awkward but more normal.

Living Content is not to say our lives are perfect or we are perfect above or against any measure or anyone, but to know that we are Perfect, made Whole and Complete amidst the endurance of our pain in whichever way it broke us. You can say I am Devinely whole and I am Perfect. It is about remembering that.
It is not to defend or fight to claim that fact, even when we made to believe that. You can rest in that knowing that you matter and you are enough just by Being.
