Find out about Blanca and her partner, Dani, what's different about their pastries, and where the name came from, where to find them next, and how to pre-order (HIGHLY suggested!!). *btw, a dough laminator is a handy gadget that helps in the process of creating multiple, separate layers of dough and fat when making pastry...didn't ask on the pod, but they just got one.
