Don't get me wrong. :) The reason I put together a weekly summary of things I am happy and grateful for isn't because I don't see and feel all the other stuff that makes me unhappy. (One too many negatives there?! You know what I mean!) It's more that there seems to be a default position set at anger and outrage that's good for somebody's bottom line, but not mine. 

So I am trying to train myself to notice and hold onto three things every week. This week's resistance by listing includes: 

1. Shelagh's laughter

2. The Mars rover

3. Saying hello on Earth
