Hello, welcome to the Three Things podcast. Somewhere along the line, maybe while staring out the window on an LRT ride back to Belvedere Station as a university student, I decided it was good work to try to notice something for myself and try to write a sentence about it. I’m still that kid. And these are still trying times.

This week, the three things that brought some happiness and gratitude were:

1. Jars – they hold more than jellied chicken.
2. Curling - I don’t understand it. It doesn’t matter.
3. Canadas -  just a heads up that they’re on their way back, baby.

Edmonton composer and pianist Brendan McGrath supplies the music in the podcast. Edmonton metal artist, sculptor and humanitarian Slavo Cech supplies the end bells.
