The phrase 'God is my adventure' was the motto for the my next guest on "Stories of Hope" the Rev Sam McGuffin. Sam McGuffin is the current minister of Glengormley Methodist Church and in the year 2019 to 2020 served as the President of the Methodist Church In Ireland. In this interview Sam recalls in his words an “innocent upbringing” in Dungannon , his life and his conversion to Christ. Sam opens up about his call to ministry, the highs and lows and how God has used him in the Republic of Ireland, Cavehill, Londonderry/Derry, Enniskillen and now in his current church of Glengormley Methodist Church. During the beginning of pandemic, Sam’s ministry moved online and he opens up about how God opened doors and how he saw Him move during this current pandemic.
