To date, Bob Knakal has been personally responsible for the sale of more than 1,864 buildings and over $18 billion in sales, generally considered to be the highest total ever for a single broker in New York.
At the end of 2014, Cushman & Wakefield acquired Massey Knakal for a reported $100M, and Bob joined Cushman & Wakefield as Chairman of New York Investment Sales.
