Today was our monthly Ninja comp at the Compound here in Victoria. It was a brutal course! Only 2 people finished (Ashlin Herbert & Dan Mason) and 5 in total making it to the wall. I was luckily one of them with a placing of 4th 😊 though wanting a finish, there are many positives for me to take away, which I think sharing will provide you with value in how to prepare your self for competition.
