Here are some terms from today’s episode that may have been new to you.
Get your goat: if you get someone’s goat you do or say something to make them angry or irritated. This is what kids do: they get your goat and love it. https://links.artisanenglish.jp/GetYourGoat
Bottle up inside: when we bottle up inside our worries and troubles, we refuse to talk with others about what bothers us. We keep our problems to ourselves.
Get something off your chest: when you get something off your chest, you tell another person about problems that have been bothering you for some time.

Roll your eyes: when you roll your eyes, you move your eyes around in a circle so that they point straight into your head. It's a non-verbal, visual cue.

Quirk: a quirk is an unusual or sometimes weird little habit that people have, which may make them seem somewhat eccentric.
