In this episode I talk about our mental fitness, and the ways in which we can build our mental fitness and make it stronger and more resilient.
Particularly, the ways in which I brought certain things into my life to improve my mental fitness. The strategies I talk about in here are the ones that have been the most significant to date, I’m sure they’ll be more in future.
