Today I want to talk about 3 things that a music leader needs to know right out of the gate. First, you need to know who it is you are singing to. Leading the music is not just to get people more comfortabe before the sermon. It's about singing to God. Second, you need to have your heart right. God knows your heart and wants you to be genuine and humble. And, third, you need to know what worship is. Worship is the giving God the praise honor and thanks He deserves.
