Sticking to a skincare regimen can be a sure-fire way to practice self care. This is a lesson our host, Kristin, learned as she approached her late twenties, entered motherhood and struggled with a healthy work-life balance. Ironically, her full-time business was running a skincare company. She was constantly teaching others on the importance of clean products and practicing self care, but wasn’t applying her advice to her own situation. After experiencing a painful skin condition, Kristin knew she needed to take better care of herself and put a greater focus on her skincare regimen.
