Rachel is a mom of 3 kids, a speech-language pathologist, a holistic health coach, a reiki healer, a community organizer, and a lifelong learner. She applies all her experiences and skills in her business, Crafting Good, where she offers holistic wellness services and provides products and kits to help caregivers and their families develop sustainable, compassionate lifestyles. The result is individuals showing care and compassion to themselves, their families, their local communities, and the world.
