What is Child Maltreatment? Well HPF took a deeper dive and explored what it actually is and had our amazing volunteer not just research, not just write the piece BUT she also recorded a reading of it and here it is. Why are we including this as part of our line up for Orange Meets Purple? It is simple – Child Maltreatment is abuse! It is the abuse of a child! We know that child abuse is trauma and trauma can lead to addition. It is how Orange WILL meet Purple and the HPF way is to talk about it.
